If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days of
delivery at [email protected] and include photos of the issue.
At that time, we will work with you directly to help make the art transaction complete.
Refunds are not guaranteed, but we are committed to working hard to ensure that
both the customer and the artist reach a fair agreement.
