 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for any reason,

Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and
not guaranteed. Rad Spaceship is not responsible for delays caused by shipping
carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of original art products, all sales are generally final.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days of
delivery at [email protected] and include photos of the issue.
At that time, we will work with you directly to help make the art transaction complete.
Refunds are not guaranteed, but we are committed to working hard to ensure that
both the customer and the artist reach a fair agreement.
